Hey im back up and running in the new house yay!, now have 4gb installed Mmmmm Fast. Very Happy . Anyway to answer your question, i dont think there is a way to boot a motherboard without a graphics card. The bios needs to see that the output can be displayed, the only possible way round it would be a modified bios that removes that section of code from boot, that would just be way to much hassle though. I may be wrong, best bet is to google around but ive never heard of a way myself.

Nice to see you back Smile

I put 4gig of ram in my gameing rig, cant see much of a performance change
The real change in performance was upgradeing to the 8800 gts 512mb
Its a real flyer, around 2ghz memory speed and 650mhz core clock standard.

As for my server looks like i may have to find a cheap pciE card Sad

Are you running 64 bit because 32bit O.S can only see about 3 Gig. Im running vista 64 premium. Yeah these new cards rule, this 8800gt now has a thermalright cooler on and is overclocked to 700 core /2000 mem and 1900 shaders. runs crysis with everything on high Very Happy . Like the look of the new intel chips, cant afford one though.

Yes been using 64-bit OS for a long time, there is a fix you can do for 32-bit OS to see the ram but i don't think its was a great way of doing it.
